VIBEO PARTICIPANT INTAKE PRIVACY POLICY

This policy applies to participant intake, recruitment, and screening information. A specific research study may have additional privacy notices or consent requirements.

• Household, lifestyle, product-use, or pet-ownership information

Participation in any research opportunity is voluntary. You may decline an invitation or stop participating at any time, subject to the terms explained for that particular study.

Before participating, you may receive additional information about the study sponsor, information being collected, recordings, compensation, confidentiality, and how study responses will be used.

Information collected during a specific research study may be subject to a separate consent form or privacy notice provided by Vibeo, the study sponsor, or another research partner.

We may share information in the following circumstances:

• With service providers that help us operate forms, email communications, data storage, scheduling, or recruitment systems
• With research clients or partners when reasonably necessary to evaluate your eligibility or coordinate a study
• When you consent to sharing information for a particular research opportunity

We do not sell or rent participant information. We do not provide your contact information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

By joining our participant list, you agree that Vibeo may contact you about relevant research opportunities and participant-related updates.

You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or by contacting us at contact@vibeo.io. Unsubscribing will not affect communications necessary to complete a study you have already agreed to participate in.

You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your participant information by emailing contact@vibeo.io. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

  1. Data retention

We retain participant information for as long as it is reasonably necessary to manage our recruitment list, offer research opportunities, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed. You may request removal from the participant list at any time.

  1. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect participant information. However, no online form, email system, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

  1. Third-party services

Our intake forms or advertisements may be provided through third-party services such as Meta. Those services may collect and process information under their own privacy policies. This policy describes Vibeo’s handling of information after we receive it.

  1. Children’s privacy

The Vibeo participant list is intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly recruit or collect personal information from children through our general participant intake forms.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
